 Insight 11 is about excellence. This attribute
is one that most believe you must strive for as an artist, or for that matter, in anything
you undertake. I believe it is a quality that you cultivate within you and is a quality
that makes a lasting difference to your students, your art and your life.

True excellence is determined by the
consistency which it is engaged in. It is not the single thing that you do that makes a
difference, but over a period of time you can look back at the body of work that has been
done and say of it all that it was done with excellence.
