Do you like to dance? Would you like to perform ballet? Actually, Father does not like dancing. Then, why does Father support it? The reason is simple. Today, all the fields of activity of the arts are corrupt. No one can deny that. Truly, it smells bad, it stinks. Who is going to put the right injection into this situation and make it healthy? Most artists are undisciplined, corrupt and unethical. Father wants to teach them how to abide by the strictest of discipline, even more strict than the Unification church way of life.

All the things that are usually allowed such as homosexuality and loose sexuality, will not be tolerated. We have to turn the whole thing upside down to bring it right side up. It's very visible how corrupt every endeavor of life is. Father is paying attention first to the artistic field, then the political field, the media field and the academic field. When people in these areas of life can come to a principled orientation in their life, in relationship to the nation, then the whole world can be shown the right way to go.

Father knew that the Allied countries would be victorious in World War II. Therefore he was preparing for the time, after the war, when he was supposed to be accepted and welcomed by the allied nations centered upon America and Christianity, to begin building the Kingdom of God on earth. Yet they failed to do so. At the same time Father had to prepare again that kind of foundation. Father emptied his resources and created the Little Angels to go around the world and enhance the image of Korea. Through this Little Angels and the Korean Cultural Foundation here in America, Father made the foundation to invite President Truman, President Eisenhower, and President Nixon to be on the Board. That was the process of setting the foundation in order to be received by America and other countries. Besides these three, approximately 150 leaders of all different walks of life in this country were on the Board of this Korean Freedom Foundation. Father began CARP activities on college campuses throughout America. That kind of foundation was established by Father in order to re-create the right atmosphere for Father to be accepted by the free world right after World War II. However, America failed in this.

Korea has opposed Father for twenty-five years. Without that opposition, imagine what kind of well-established foundation Father could have achieved in Korea and in the Western world. Through the Little Angels' performing tour we could have influenced the world immensely. However, the Korean government opposed Father for twenty-five years, to the extent of not even allowing the Little Angels to go out to the world to perform. Since the Korean government opposed even the Little Angels team for twenty-five years, then Father took an alternative course. That course was to bring the traditional Russian ballet into America where it has become successful and is indemnifying the Little Angels' course in the West. The director of our ballet company here in America is Mr. Vinogradov. When he first came to visit our Universal Ballet Academy, he suddenly heard a voice from the spiritual world telling him that his destiny was with this organization. That is what he heard vividly, he said. What does that prove? That God is alive. In order for God to be able to act we have to set proper conditions. Father set everything up for training ballerinas in that academy. There are buildings, facilities and students and then this well known figure in the ballet world came to visit. That is when God acted upon Father's foundation.

Each year students graduate and so they have to give auditions to new candidates. This year they were choosing sixteen new students. However, 1600 candidates came but only sixteen were chosen. That makes the ratio one out of every 100. But Father predicts that soon it will become one out of 500. Father would like to connect these ballet activities to the University of Bridgeport which has a license to run middle and high school there also. Eventually Father would like to establish ballet, cinema and other artistic courses there so that eventually those graduate students will clean up Hollywood. (Applause.) They can go out as pioneers and replace these homosexuals and all kinds of immoral people no matter how famous they might be. Even at the Kirov Ballet Academy in Washington, D.C., if there is any scandal connected to any student, immediately they will be expelled. That is the way that Father is setting the new tradition even in performing arts.

Heavenly Fatherism

After restoring the elder sonship and being persecuted so much in the process here in America and everywhere in the world, Father then returned to Korea and proclaimed True Parentship there. Then he returned to America and proclaimed True Parentship here. Father proclaimed True Parentism in all religions to a gathering of religious leaders recently. Nobody protested, "Oh, Reverend Moon, you are not standing in that parental position. You are not standing on that kind of high level foundation." Everyone was just silent and serious. They were trying to think how they should adopt this. After forty years of persecution, they understood clearly.

Recently, an interesting thing happened. President Bush wrote to Dr. Pak. President Bush wrote that his note really should be addressed to Reverend Moon, but he feels more at ease writing to Dr. Pak. He congratulated him and said, "Please convey my congratulatory message to Reverend Moon."

On September 6, 1990, the United Broadcasting Station will have its Opening Ceremony in Washington. Members of both the Bush administration and the Soviet Union will be there. The world­renowned Kirov Ballet has been asked to join us. People are wondering how such a high level entity as the Kirov Ballet would join up with the Universal Ballet Academy and Reverend Moon. Actually, the spirit world gave the president of the Kirov Ballet a revelation and told him that no matter what difficult phenomena occur, no matter how difficult the situation becomes, he should follow Reverend Moon. He told Father that in person. So he said, "Reverend Moon, I am with you forever."

Through such a long period of persecution, True Parentism has been established. Parentship has been restored. Kingship will be achieved through Heavenly Fatherism and headwing. True Parents are the king of the family. When there are many families, it automatically makes a tribe. The tribal level connects and automatically becomes the nation. Do you understand? There is world level kingship and cosmic level kingship and that automatically leads to God. God is the kingship king-the king of kings. Here there is no Satan, no fighting, no misery. Do you need kingship? You are representatives of the democratic world. Kingship goes against the American grain, but you are not American people. You are God's people. We are not people of the fallen world. We are God's people, of the original country of God. Do you understand? There we can find real freedom. The democratic world is fighting, fighting. We have to go up to parentism, then there is no fighting. Then brotherhood has peace, centering on the parents. True Parents, true peace, true children, true nation- true everything.

With Heavenly Fatherism, we have to digest democracy and communism, which are faltering and about to die. We have to digest them and bring them up into this realm. Once we have restored parentship and brotherhood, the parents will automatically go into the kingship position. The Unification Church is where the parents will engraft all different elements into the one great Kingdom of Heaven. Educating, connecting, and engrafting are what the Unification Church is supposed to do. Do you follow?

According to futurologist John Naisbitt (Megatrends 2000) the final years of this decade will see the arts gradually replace sports as society's primary leisure activity. In his words, "From the United States and Europe to the Pacific Rim, wherever the affluent information economy has spread, the need to reexamine the meaning of life through the arts has followed." Reverend Moon's patronage of the arts, clearly inspired by his religious vision, appears to have anticipated this trend. Through him, the New York City Symphony Orchestra has come under the patronage of the International CulturaI Foundation. He is also the sponsor of the Universal Ballet Company, based in Seoul, Korea, and the Universal Ballet Academy of Washington, D.C. The latter institution is led by Oleg Vinogradov, director of the world-famous Kirov Ballet of Leningrad. When the Universal Ballet Academy opened its doors in 1990, the Washington Post reported: "The Universal Ballet Academy ... will form a major center for instruction in Russian classical ballet style in this country that is bound to have major national impact.... Its affiliation with the Kirov, through Vinogradov and other staff, establishes a link between American dance education and the most renowned bastion of classical dance in the world."

As noted, the extraordinary scope of Reverend Moon's activities flows from his religious convictions. He believes that God is a being of absolute love who originally desired to create human beings as objects of his love, capable of returning his love. God's purpose for human beings was and is to experience joy in receiving from and returning love to their Creator and each other. As a result of the Fall, the achievement of God's purpose was frustrated. Nevertheless, God seeks providentially to bring about his goal, which is nothing less than the restoration of the original ideal state that he had prepared for men and women - the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth.

The Healing of The World

Reverend Moon's patronage of the arts began early in his ministry. In 1965, he established the Little Angels, a children's folk ballet which has given more than 3,000 performances during seventeen world tours. The Little Angels Art School was founded in 1974. Today, it has become the "Juilliard of Korea." The Universal Ballet Company is the world's first international ballet company, with schools in Seoul and Washington. It has cooperated with the Kirov Ballet in productions in Russia and Korea. "Art is like a flower for man's mind. It blossoms and permeates its fragrances throughout our lives and society. With the vision of developing a major performing arts facility, the Manhattan Opera House was purchased in 1976. By 1978, a full production stage was built there for live performance, recording and television production. Manhattan Center Studios, as it is now called, is a favorite recording studio for major orchestras and individual artists ranging from classical to contemporary. The Manhattan Center, Atlantic Video and Japan's Universal One television station are the beginnings of a global network of video and audio performance and production centers. With these and many other projects, Reverend Moon is developing resources in all areas of human life. By embodying the spirit and teachings of the Divine Principle, they are instruments for harmonizing the world's cultures, peoples and nations. However, in order to dwell in peace as one family, brothers and sisters need parents.

The sun does not rise up from the East like many think; the sun rises from the center. The sun comes up from this axis orbit. There is no dark spot around the sun. Whether it is immediate or far away or angled, it shines every place equally. Every place becomes light. Similarly, there is no area the Divine Principle does not cover. It can explain everything in a natural way. Such a precious Father and teaching. Even God himself wishes He could be one of the men under who, under Father, can learn this fantastic truth and give the solution to the most difficult world. "Such a fantastic thing I would like to learn from him. Love too." Even God is thinking this way towards our own Father.

So we need preparation. Step one is to buy a boat. Next, inherit tribal messiahship. When you go to land and visit your hometown, you will become their first ancestor. They are like sheep, just waiting for you. You need to occupy this position. This is restoration tradition, clear. Father has everything, the professors' world, media world, summit club world. Father can use high level people, no problem. Do you understand? In the future, your generation will inherit this. This is the way to make prosperity. Otherwise we will be going down. This is the natural conclusion. Do you understand? We have to represent the authority of the Unification Church power. Those who will never fail, but will for sure become that kind of a future leader in the Unification Church, raise your hands. Wow! It's a beautiful sight.

Seeds came from heaven and through the mother's womb they come to the earthly side. Then the mother always watches for how she can feed them. The man is looking to plant the seed, and then goes and looks to plant seeds again. The woman should stay at home and raise the seed. If she does not like that, it makes trouble, such as if she likes dancing and songs. Who likes dancing and singing more, men or women? How about ballet? Who is the central figure of the ballet? [Women.] She keeps the center, the balance. The man goes here and there. How difficult it is to dance like that, to embrace heaven and earth, with the toe shoes. [Father imitates the dance of a ballerina to everyone's amazement.]

Most western women like ballet. I understand that and so I established the ballet company. What do men like? [Soccer.] What is the difference between American football and soccer? In football, they stop and start, but in soccer they are always running. They seek a good angle. Good soccer players do not have accidents. They are well balanced. I like ping pong for the same reason. You need good balance. Also I know the exact angle to shoot pool. Also I am good at wrestling. My body is very flexible and can do any sport even though I am 80. Be careful, I am not just a simple and humble man.

The person with whom you can talk about your love life is the closest to you. Suppose there were a love-making competition among 1,000 couples. Who would be the champion, a black, white or yellow couple? [Black] Why? [I don’t know, but Father once said so. Laughter.] Does love-making take place usually in the dark or daylight? [In the dark.] That is why dark-skinned people have more stamina. There is a trend among the white wives who realize they are not strong enough in the bedroom and their husbands are wandering around. So they seek a black man to make love with, because they are strong. As women, do you prefer a stronger or weaker type? [Stronger type.] It’s true. In the secular world, we read reports of widowers without a wife for ten years, suddenly falling in love with another’s wife. They have so much energy then because they have waited for ten years, and the housewife will leave her husband to live with him. Aged women go after young, strong men. As a woman, do you understand that?

Suppose, in one particular room, three couples of three generations live and sleep and make love every night, and you all watch each other making love—will any of those couples commit adultery? In that kind of free, natural, original environment, if the daughter-in-law asks her mother-in-law about whether the way she [the mother-in-law] made love the night before was more exciting, do you think that is good? That way, there will be no struggle between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. Because you practice that love-making life together in the same room, the mother-in-law will feel closer to her than to her own daughter, who is living in another family’s house. Lineage goes through the son, not the daughter. So the daughter who marries moves in with her husband.

Suppose your husband were one of the True Children, and you were called before True Parents and told to make love. Would you be excited? You would be most proud, to receive the heavenly lineage that way. There is no chance the satanic lineage would invade there. Therefore, as True Parents, if we want to see your couple or your child’s couple creating the lineage there, making love, is that evil or good? Once you realize that only through my son and daughter-in-law will my lineage be carried on, you will see how precious your daughter-in-law is. Your lineage is carried on not through your daughter, but through your daughter-in-law.

If there is a family of three generations living together in the same house and learning how to make love from their parents generation after generation, would they be happy or miserable? [Happy.] Then go and practice it. Suppose we sit here and call one hundred couples every night for this purpose. You would be willing to participate in that, right? If that takes place here, then God and all your ancestors will be mobilized to watch. Then will you be serious enough to make true lovemaking and not false lovemaking? In that situation, God and spirit world will know clearly what kind of life you have been living, and they will see everything from your past. Knowing that, can you still lay down here and make love?

There are six billion people in the world, and let’s say that 2 billion couples make love every night. Does God recognize any of them as true love making couples? When God watches all these couples, are God’s five organs excited, or does He close His eyes and run away? Originally, all the millions of couples were supposed to make love with joy and happiness in the eyes of God, not having their own individual agenda and fallen thinking about their own pleasure and joy. If a couple exists with that individualism, then the concave organ should be sealed with concrete.

Imagine that your couple is the champion couple. When you make love, all six billion people of the world are watching you on television. With that kind of excitement and pride, go ahead and make love. Go ahead and show your lovemaking skill to the six billion people. Between husband and wife, when husband likes a woman’s love organ and the wife likes her husband’s, is that good or bad? [Good.] It is good, because without that love organ, you will be in tears. Monk Bang, do you like your wife? What part of her do you like? [I already told you.] I forgot. Through that love relationship, you were born, you grew, you lived your life and will die. That’s why on your deathbed, you should have your loving wife and children there. As a wife, the first person you want to call to your deathbed should be your husband, then your children. With that foundation, wish your other relatives good bye. If you don’t have that preparation at your deathbed, your death is poor and miserable.

Even though Jesus died on the cross, his words remained behind and his disciples carried on with the words. That is why the Christian foundation is here. So even after I leave this world, I see more great works will be done by my followers. Have you seen God? What did Jesus say? If you see me, you see God. So what do you see? You have to know that you have seen the living God. God is living. So you have watched how I have been living. Have you witnessed me living my life for the sake of enjoying myself? Have you heard me speak about a vacation or pleasure-seeking? No; instead, I say even if you die, march forward. Are you just listening, or have you seen and tasted everything? You have seen and heard; you have witnessed it.

So therefore, the conclusion, out of watching my life all these years, what will be the result? Will the world, when they understand, welcome me or oppose? [Welcome.] I don’t want to leave anything I touch incomplete. Like UB, I will see it through. Harvard, Yale—wait and see. The Universal Ballet Company (UBC), the two soccer teams, the Little Angels—you’ve witnessed this success and victory in the world of art. The entire European continent used to cheer their own ballet companies, but now they are cheering the UBC. In other words, they were cheering for themselves, but through the UBC recent success, they surrendered to me.

Europeans realize that even in ballet, their extreme individualism cannot reach my level. They thought that ballet was a western art, because western women have long legs. But they changed their attitude because of the UBC success. They say the best ballet is from Seoul, from Reverend Moon. When you western women hear this, do you feel bad? Do you think it is good news? You should not feel good; if you do, you are oriental women now. In the future, westerners may have to adjust their noses to become lower, for a universal standard to come. Westerners and Easterners should merge with each other, because we are brothers and sisters.

The Way To Grow

Symmetry is needed in all aspects of civilization. In dancing, for instance, the disco style always reaches down, while ballet always reaches upward, towards heaven. The attraction disco holds for contemporary young people is like a rebirth of a tribal era. It has nothing to do with heaven. Young people tend to shy away from tradition and the classics, but those who reject the classics are certain to perish because they have no root.

In 16 years, the UBC conquered the ballet world of America and Europe. It takes cohesive teamwork, but individualism destroys the classical tradition of teamwork ballet. Only centering on my teaching can it be done.

America is the most powerful country in the world. But its powerful leaders listen to the Washington Times. A statement from the Times can affect them dramatically. The government of other nations also listen to the Washington Times. Who at the Washington Times is having the biggest impact? [Bill Gertz.] Bill Gertz. How old is he? He is young. He only graduated from high school, joined the Washington Times and became famous. If you are a high school teacher, you should raise such students. If you are a college professor, you should become the most famous one in history.

I have reached the top of the world. Soon, the American president will have to visit me to seek advice. If that time comes, should I meet him or not? What if I say that I have to meet the president of the three poorest countries first, then you will be the fourth president I meet.

I support two soccer teams in Brazil. In the cultural world, the Universal Ballet is the king in the east and west. So I am the champion of the cultural world and sports world. Do you think I am handsome or not? [Yes!] Women like me, but even men like me. Brave and strong and handsome and what's a good word in English, gentle? Do you believe I am a mixture of all these things? Because of that, you love me more than your children, your king, your nation, and whatever. Do you? [Yes.] Sisters, if you didn't marry, would you like me? From the womb, you attended me as your elder brother. From the womb you should follow your elder brother. We call each other oppa and noona. Oppa becomes husband, then father, then grandfather. All women should attend all those positions. Woman is the sister, wife, mother and grandmother. We have to respect each other. They are young now, but will become a mother and grandmother later, so respect them as such.

I am hungry. Are you hungry too? Many Christians believe that when the Lord of the Second Advent comes, he will always fly and disappear and appear without explanation, with no need to eat or sleep. But the Lord of the Second Advent is here and claims to be the father of Jesus Christ, but he is hungry. When Jesus Christ gave his testimony from spirit world in Dr. Lee’s book, he called me "father." So I am his father. He confessed that because of his mistakes, Christians have been misled. Is it a lie? If you think so, you will go to hell. If you believe it is true, you will go the other way, to heaven. Do you understand me? Say, thank you!

From next year, I may not be able to meet you. I may not stay in America. America doesn’t like me, so why should I bother staying here? Only Unification Church members like me. If you say others love me, it is like dust in the wind. When are you going to change this nation? In twenty years you haven’t done it.

I have nothing to do now. I already unified the spirit world, and the UN is in my hands. There is nothing to lead, nothing to fight. Nothing makes me excited. What shall I do? Dancing? The Little Angels and Universal Ballet are top in Korea and the world. They call me king of the art world. What of my substantial being? If the name is famous and elevated, the entity has to be elevated too. Do you see that possibility in me?

I do not have a nation, but I have the power of the truth, of organizations and of activities. We can do many things. Two years ago, the Washington Times Foundation held 113 conferences. When the US government has a conference, they take two years to plan one. But we did conferences twice a week. It cost a lot; did you contribute? Americans are stingy. You count your donation with the pinky and start with the left hand. If I took such an attitude, how could I accomplish my goals? In four years I indemnify tens of millions of years, single handedly, with no time to eat or sleep. What about you? Have you done it? Those who have been in the movement more than twenty years, raise your hands. [almost everyone] I am helping America; what about you? Please remember what I’ve taught you this morning. Have absolute confidence in God and True Parents, and be bold.

What does all this mean? The Unification Church missionaries united with their own countries' champions and also with their embassies. In this way, the True Parents and all those parties were also united.

I particularly wanted to concentrate on the athletes from communist countries. Those athletes were writing letters and telegrams home saying, "There were some large cheering teams here from the Unification Church!" The communist contingent was shocked.

This was just the first stage. We also held a great program at the Little Angels School. We invited all the athletes, their coaches, and embassy officials to a performance of the Universal Ballet Company, the New York City Symphony, and the Little Angels. All who attended were completely melted by the performance, particularly of the Little Angels. Furthermore, every guest was presented with a special gift: beautiful material for suits and dresses, and also scarves and neckties. Some of the athletes had never seen such a fine necktie in their life.

Among the Soviet delegation in the audience were many KGB agents. Right now, those KGB agents are wearing suits made from material given to them by Reverend Moon! They sent word to their superiors and their government, "The city of Seoul is full of Reverend Moon's people and they are giving out beautiful gifts." Every country's government learned through their embassy the same thing: "It is amazing! The Unification Church people are the only ones who are really taking care of us." Unity and harmony were created in this way.

In the audience during the Little Angels' performance were coaches and medal winners from Russia, the United States, China, Portugal, Poland, Hungary, and so on, sitting side by side. Later on, they were all invited up to the stage where everyone joined hands and sang, "We Are the World." While they were on the stage, the Little Angels presented each nation's coaches and medal winners with a specially-designed Little Angels medal. The recipients were saying, "This is better than an Olympic medal!"

What is bigger than holy urine? Dung. Can we call a holy man's dung, holy dung? His anus a holy anus? Through which hole is the human baby born? It is the most precious hole in the body. It is near where the dirty stuff comes out. Why did God put them close together? It's the same principle as the clean seed in the smelly fertile soil. It is heavenly law.

Why didn't God put the birth canal on top of your head? Why is the woman and man's love organ the same as the organ used for urinating? Is it dirty? No, it is a holy hole. So, when you sit on the toilet, remember this. The more often you use the bathroom, the better, so that you remember this. It is a holy hand touching the holy sexual organ. It is so holy that you cannot wash it.

To urinate, a man needs to touch his sexual organ. If you feel it is holy, you needn't wash it. Thus you save water and save starving people. 20 million people of the same brotherhood are starving. How can you save them?

After you touch your organ many times a day, it becomes holier and holier, and you don't wash it but give it to your wife to kiss. She should welcome it as the hand the of her king, even if she knows you didn't wash.

A table with a holy item becomes a holy table. Female animals don't make their males wash their hands. True love is total intoxication such that you don't smell dirty things between husband and wife. True love is the fastest thing. Smell cannot catch up with it. God created what we call the dirty smell, but to God, it is not dirty. From on high, you cannot smell it. Korean farmers used human waste as fertilizer. Father was curious about the smell in the rice paddies and if the workers washed their hands before eating. They just wiped their hands on the grass, eat the rice cake, and throw away the part they held on to. So convenient. When you see that, and you criticize, then you don't learn much. You are blocked.
