DanceArt.com manages this webring as a way to generate traffic for our community of web sites and to provide visitors with a fun way to visit a collection of dance related sites.

If you run a dance related web site, commercial or private, please join this ring. If your site is dance related, is actively maintained, and has useful or interesting dance information then you should have no problem getting your site approved and inserted into the ring.

Submission Guidelines: We hate turning web sites away so some clarification is necessary to help you decide if your site is a good fit in this web ring. Our goal is to build a ring that both works correctly and is interesting.

To be included in the ring please offer original content that entertains, educates, or informs your readers about dance, your favorite dance company, your dance career / studies, dance products, literature, research, and so on. We are not interested in including sites that only feature a directory of links to other sites.

Please register the specific page that will contain your Ballet and Dance Webring HTML code, not another page within your site.  We strongly prefer that this be your main or first web page on your dance site or on a page that clearly shows visitors how to reach your home page. It must be easy to find the web ring navigation bar on your site. The web ring will ONLY link to the page you register.

We reserve the right to deny membership if your site is not dance related, if it does not offer significant interest to the dance audience, if you do not install the HTML correctly, if you do not place the web ring HTML on the main page or if you otherwise hid the web ring navigation bar.

Please understand that to be added to and to remain in the ring you need to use the HTML link code that will be mailed to you when your site is accepted.

If the HTML code isn't installed correctly the webring system will automatically dump your site from the ring.

UPDATE: If you joined our web ring prior October 15, 2001 then your site may be using the wrong HTML code and graphic.  The WebRing site is no longer part of Yahoo and if you find that your site isn't appearing in the ring, please sign in and change your HTML code or join again.
