Catching Dance In Glass
... continuted

chapel.gif (40582 bytes)It’s no small wonder that Mark’s art has been presented as gifts to Fleetwood Mac, Firefall, and Karla Bonoff by concert promoters, or that he has commissioned works for the homes of Willie Nelson and Reverend Robert Schuller.

Mark took up stained glass at age 11. He is mostly self-taught, and developed the advanced techniques that he employs today over a long period of time.

"I continually strive to improve my skills. For me, the learning process is never complete... no level of skill can ever be good enough. Poorly crafted stained or beveled glass will begin to show structural problems within the first five years; artworks that are well crafted and mounted into a proper support system will last indefinitely, even when mounted horizontally such as in a stained glass ceiling or dome."
